Chihuahua Support Level
By default your Franchisee License comes with the Chihuahua Support Level which includes 4 Support Request Tickets Per Month / 1 Hour of Support.
Types of Support Included:Â Web Site Support (NEW Franchisee System Web Sites Only), Marketing, Advertising, Design and/or Video Production questions and support.
If you are interested in upgrading your level of Franchisee Support let us know by submitting a “Support Level Upgrade” request. You can click here or on the purple “Support Program Options” button under Resources to view all options and additional services offered. Upgrade requests are not counted against your 4 monthly tickets allowance / 1 hour of support.
